Breezeway Cleaning Service
We’ll thoroughly clean all siding, eaves, ceilings, and floors of breezeways using our soft wash system, designed to safely remove algae, mildew, and grime. Our process begins with an application of Fresh Wash, a biodegradable additive blended with a mild 1% sodium hypochlorite cleaning solution (the active ingredient in bleach). This solution effectively kills organic growth and restores a bright, clean appearance.
After treatment, surfaces are rinsed using low-pressure water, ensuring a spotless finish while minimizing the risk of water intrusion behind siding, under doorways, or around window sills. In cases where stubborn buildup remains, we’ll use higher pressure only as needed.
Our Green Wash solution does most of the work before rinsing, helping the clean last longer and reducing the need for abrasive cleaning methods.
Note: While our system greatly reduces the chance of leaks, we recommend monitoring older doors and windows during the cleaning process for any signs of water intrusion.
