Exterior Building Wash Service
We’ll thoroughly clean your building’s siding, gutter faces, eaves, downspout faces, and exterior doors using our soft wash system. This gentle yet effective method treats all surfaces with our Fresh Wash solution, a biodegradable additive that safely removes algae, mildew, and grime.
Our Fresh Wash is combined with a mild 1% sodium hypochlorite cleaning solution (the active ingredient in bleach), strong enough to clean, but safe for your exterior surfaces. Once treated, everything is rinsed using low-pressure power washing, ensuring a spotless finish without forcing water behind siding, under doorways, or through window sills.
In rare cases where stubborn spots remain, we’ll use higher pressure only as needed. Most of the work is done by our Green Wash solution, which breaks down dirt and growth before rinsing, helping your clean last longer.
