Roof Cleaning Service
Our roof cleaning service is designed to safely and effectively remove Gloeocapsa magma, the black streaks commonly seen on shingles restoring your roof’s original color and like-new appearance.
We use a 3% sodium hypochlorite solution (the active ingredient in bleach) combined with our biodegradable Fresh Wash additive to gently lift and eliminate algae, moss, and organic buildup. This solution is applied with low pressure, ensuring no damage to shingles or roofing materials.
The cleaning solution is left on the surface to continue working no rinsing is required. If moss or lichen clumps are present, we allow them to naturally dry and detach over time so that rainwater can safely wash them away without harming the roof.
All nearby plants and landscaping are carefully protected and treated before, during, and after cleaning to prevent any damage from the cleaning solution.
